Get your cabin location, confirm your chore group, small group, and morning program day. Get your nametag. Ask any questions you have. Unpack! Don’t forget those window coverings!
3:00pm - Camp Opening Worship and Family Introductions
In the Rec Hall

4:00 - 4:15pm Connect Vespers Babysitters with their families
4:15 - 5:30pm Q&A with the Directors

7:30–7:45 AM – Wellness Check
-Start your day by checking in with the camp medic at the back door of the Dining Hall before breakfast.
7:30–8:30 AM – Breakfast
Hot or cold — always delicious!
8:45 AM – Prep Time.
Bathrooms & Dining Hall are closed! Teens and adults will have chosen their chores during registration. (Some chores happen outside this time slot.)
9:20 AM – Singing, Worship
Family-style worship time focused on our Daily Theme
9:50AM - Important daily announcements follow!
10:15–11:30ish AM – Morning Program
Adults and teens attend a lecture or presentation in the Rec Hall. Kids 4–12 choose from a variety of guided activity groups. (Adults and teens are welcome to join the kid activities if they prefer!)
👉 11:30 Parents pick up their children and get ready for lunch.
11:40ish AM – Morning Program Recap in Rec Hall
End of the week Pageant to Follow Open Mic. It’s a warm and meaningful wrap-up to our camp week!

Instead of a morning lecture, Friday features an Open Mic Session where campers of all ages can share music, poetry, reflections, or stories.

Delicious meals served family-style. Sometimes hot, sometimes cold — always full of love.
1:30–3:30 PM – Free Time
Visit the lake, hike the trails, nap in a hammock, or hang out with a friend — your time, your choice.
Typically, one adult from each family attends during this session while the other is available to supervise kids.
3:30–5:00 PM – Small Group Time (Afternoon Sessions)
Adults and teens are split between afternoon and evening small groups.
Typically, one adult from each family attends during this session while the other is available to supervise kids.

5:30PM – Supper
Fuel up with another hearty and lovingly prepared meal.
6:46 PM – Evening Circle
Come together in song and spirit before our evening sessions.

The second half of our adult and teen campers attend now.
Kids (ages 4–12): Leaders will collect them after Evening Circle. Parents/second adults must pick them up promptly at 8:30.
8:50 PM – Vespers Babysitters Meet Families

A peaceful time of music, reflection, and shared community as the stars rise.
10:10 PM – Sitters Relieved
10:00–11:30 PM – Night Owls Parliament
Card games, cocoa, cereal, laughter, and late-night chats around the fire or in the Dining Hall.

Today only, those who are normally scheduled for evening groups will meet during this time instead, so the evening can be reserved for the camp-wide bonfire.

This structure ensures one adult from each family is available to care for kids while the other attends their group.
3:30–5:00 PM – Small Group Time (Afternoon Group – Regular Time)

7:00–8:15 PM – Camp-Wide Bonfire 🔥
Gather together with the whole camp for an evening around the fire! It’s a chance to meet new neighbors, reconnect with old friends, and bask in some serious Laurel glow. Expect fire-lit faces, group singing (off-key counts!), and sticky-fingered joy as we enjoy s'mores (or a yummy alternative).

Head to your assigned site — Laurel Hill State Park or Somerset Children’s Home — to lend a hand and share some love.

🧳 Saturday – Teardown & Farewell Day
7:30 AM – Mattresses on the Porch!
Rise and shine — it’s moving time! Help the Teardown Crew by getting all mattresses out of the cabins ASAP. Let’s get camp cleared and ready to close.
7:30–8:30 AM – Breakfast (Cereal Only)
Grab a quick bowl of cereal before the kitchen starts packing up. No hot breakfast today — our amazing kitchen team is busy shutting things down!
8:30- Gather your stuff from Common areas
9:15–11:15 AM – Main Camp Close-Down
Head to your assigned chore area first, then swing by the kitchen to help them finish up. ALL campers are expected to help with loading the U-Haul before heading off to pack!
11:15 AM–12:00 PM – Cabin Cleanup & Personal Packing
Clear your cabin with the help of the Closing Crew. Please leave things better than you found them 💚
12:15 PM – Farewell Circle with Dear Friend Fold
Our final camp circle — full of hugs, goodbyes, and reflections on our week together.
1:00 PM – Meet at MooEcho for Lunch 🐄🍦
Join us down the road for lunch and ice cream at MooEcho (everyone pays their own way). A final sweet send-off with friends old and new!
