Registration Opens Mid-March and closes July 15th, 2026

Financial Policies
Payment in full is due by July 15th.

All fund are fully refundable if requested by 2 weeks before camp starts. If a refund is requested after this date, please contact us for a partial refund.

Last minute registration will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

New Church ministers who are serving as staff are exempt from payment, but payment will be needed for any spouse and children attending camp.

Fees:

Starting with the 2022 Camp year, we updated the fee structure for Laurel to better reflect the cost of running the camp. We have eliminated the sliding scale. In 2026, prices have increased to match the rising cost of food and supplies for camp. We also added A special diet fee of $50 -(adults/teens) and $36 (kids) to cover the cost of those who can not eat from the mainline of food (ie gluten free/dairy free, Vegan/vegetarian, allergies etc)

We still offer the ability for those who cannot afford the full fee to come by applying for a partial camp grant.

*There are limited funds for Camp Grants.
